Goodies from Week 1

We are almost always seeking a feeling state from the things we want.

But we can calm ourselves and achieve the gooey-good feelings by spending time imagining that we already have what we want. This also makes it much more likely to happen.

"Thank you, I quit."   "It is written."   "Let it be done."

These are all powerful invocations that create a sense of belief and well-being.

So what are you going to spend some time imagining you have daily for the next week?
