A good way to build your self-esteem - your sense of worthiness and value - is to make a list of everything you're good at. Then ask a bunch of kind & loving people in your life what they thing you're good at. Include even things that may seem small and effortless. Reflect on how many of these things and qualities are similar to people you admire. Now you have placed yourself in very good company. And you belong there. Start treating yourself as well as you think any of these people deserve to be treated. Value yourself and use that list as a reminder any time you start to feel unworthy of anything in your life.
